A pretty good post about the fact that David Luiz and Fabio Coentrao are bound to leave in the summer. One player he forgot was Andre Carvalhas who is a left winger and who has been a part of the first team before. He’s 21 so not too young but young enough to sort of grow and learn and fully develop. The biggest names in Portuguese football are without a doubt the big three – Sporting, Benfica, and Porto. Those three are the ones who have won the most, as well as have produced the big name talent now playing around the world, names like Figo, Ronaldo, Quaresma, and Nani. Not just Portuguese players either, but as well as many other youth players that later on play at various clubs.
